It's another fun filled season at the South Windsor Swim & Tennis Club in 2018! We plan to have a full schedule of social events over the summer. In order for this to be possible, SWSTC requires the help of our members.
Social events are a fun, easy way to earn your work hours! 2 - 4 hours depending on the event you host, some bigger events will earn between 6 - 8 hours. Please note, you can do an event with a friend and SPLIT the allotted work hours. Hosting a holiday party (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) earns all 8 work hours.
Digital sign-up to host social events: CLICK HERE.
Once someone signs up for an event, it will be updated in this list and added to the social calendar.

The small and large pavilions may be reserved in 4 hour blocks, from 12 - 4 PM, or 4 - 8 PM (9 PM in July). Please note that your set-up & clean-up time is included in this time frame. If there is no one booked before or after your party, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the use of the pavilion. However, if there is another party booked that day, we ask that you respectfully wait until or vacate the pavilion at the appropriate time. If it is a smaller party, you may be asked if you would be willing to share the large pavilion with another, smaller party.
